I am a postdoctoral research scientist in the Department of Earth and Environmental Engineering at Columbia University. Currently, I am collaborating with Kara Lamb and Pierre Gentine to study multiscale aerosol-cloud interactions with physics-informed reinforcement learning.

Previously, I was a member of an interdisciplinary research group led by Park Williams and Pierre Gentine at Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory funded in part by the Zegar Family Foundation. We developed SMLFire1.0, a stochastic machine learning (SML) model of wildfire activity in the western United States; the first paper outlining our model architecture and results is now out in Geoscientific Model Development.

You can find a detailed description of my research experience here; a summary of my scientific output and skills is outlined in my CV.

A complete list of my published papers and their citation record is available on Google Scholar. My ORCiD ID is: 0000-0001-6672-6750.
